Payment is due on the first day of the monthly sessions.
Payment should be made no later than one week after the due date, unless a valid reason is provided and an exception is approved.
A late fee of AED 25 will be added to the bill for each week the payment remains overdue.
If payment is more than one month late, the child/children will not be permitted to participate in classes until all outstanding fees for both the previous and upcoming month are paid in full.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Session fees are non-refundable in the case of Player absence, and missed days cannot be carried over to the following month.
Refunds for the balance of remaining sessions will only be given in the following cases:
Severe medical reasons preventing participation (medical report required).
Relocation to another Emirate or country.
Session cancellation by Chase Sports Playgrounds for any reason (in which case the balance will be refunded in cash or carried forward to the next term).
Sessions canceled due to public holidays will not be carried over or refunded.
